FlyWheel Consulting + FlyWheel Angel OS™
One Governance Foundation.
Applied Through Consulting.
And Built Into FlyWheel Angel OS™.
FlyWheel applies one governance foundation in two connected ways:
- Consulting brings senior judgment, delivery leadership, and repeatable governance into enterprise work today.
- FlyWheel turns the same foundation into reusable software for enterprise AI and AI-augmented software delivery.

FlyWheel Angel Operating System
FlyWheel Angel OS™ is a platform-agnostic, full-lifecycle AI governance operating system.
FlyWheel structures Agile delivery across software development lifecycle (SDLC) stages:
-
Advisory, Discovery, Readiness & Trade-off Evaluation — Establishes the business need through advisory and discovery, then evaluates readiness, alternatives, dependencies, and trade-offs.
-
Solution Design & Architecture — Translates the approved direction into a business-aligned solution design, architecture, and delivery roadmap.
-
AI-Assisted Build — Applies FlyWheel’s AI-Assisted to Autonomous Agent Build & Code Delivery Governance throughout development.
-
QA/UAT/Regression Testing — Advances the solution through quality assurance, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and evidence-supported release decisions.
-
Hypercare & Continuous Monitoring — Supports release stabilization, monitors performance and deviations, and routes corrective work into continuous improvement.
-
KPI Instrumentation & Reporting — Measures performance, compares results with approved baselines and targets, and evaluates realized business value.
FlyWheel connects five governance domains across six software development lifecycle (SDLC) stages. The five domains govern:
- Solution architecture and delivery integrity
- Data grounding, context alignment and output accuracy
- Security, safety and resilience
- Human-in-the-loop and Decision Authority
- Continuous learning and improvement.
FlyWheel RCA
FlyWheel Root-Cause Analysis Intelligence & Continuous-Improvement Engine™ (RCA)
FlyWheel RCA is a hybrid governance and continuous-improvement engine built for the realities of modern AI: probabilistic outputs that can vary and model behavior that can change after deployment.
It combines repeatable deterministic governance logic with independent multi-model review to reduce risk before execution; trace root causes and validate evidence-supported explanations; have a different AI model retest each correction; integrate validated lessons into future guardrails; and monitor behavioral drift and recurrence—helping reduce repeat failures, rework, and enterprise risk.
Measuring AI’s True Net Value
FlyWheel KPI Instrumentation & Reporting™
FlyWheel KPI Instrumentation & Reporting™ evaluates AI value after accounting for technology and integration costs, Human review, exceptions, rework, remediation, silent failures, technical debt, quality, speed, and realized business outcomes.
Leaders can use the complete result to decide which AI capabilities are creating measurable value and which require correction, limited use, or further investment before they scale.
Why Governance Cannot Wait
AI Risk Compounds When Governance Falls Behind
Enterprise AI uses probabilistic models whose outputs can vary. Model providers make changes after deployment. Long interactions can lose requirements established earlier, while flawed retrieval can turn incomplete or stale information into confident answers.
Those failures can move through software, data, and business workflows before teams detect them.
Governance must remain connected to the work so requirements, permitted actions, Human review, release findings, corrective work, and measurable outcomes stay aligned throughout the lifecycle.
